Can I cancel any time?
Yes you can cancel at any time by emailing email@example.com and notifying us that you wish to cancel your Matchfit Squad trial or membership. This must be done before your rebilling date to avoid being charged for the next month. Once received we will manually remove you from each of the support groups and cancel your subscription, you will also receive a confirmation email for your cancellation. Please note that once cancelled, if you wish to rejoin at a later date you may have to join a waiting list and will need to pay the current monthly fee at the time of re-joining. i.e. you cannot re-activate a deal which you may have previously had.
Is this just for players?
No, the Matchfit Squad is open to players, parents and coaches of all ages!
Will you write a custom programme for me?
No, the Matchfit Squad coaches will offer detailed guidance and support for any fitness or nutrition programme you are currently following, whether that be the Matchfit programme, something you have designed yourself or somebody elses programme. The Matchfit Squad coaches can give you guidance on how to design your own or look over your current programme and offer suggestions, but they cannot write a custom programme for you as part of this package.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed as soon as your 7 day FREE trial ends and then once every 30 days.
What will I need?
To access the private groups you will need a facebook account, the Matchfit Squad video library can be access via our app, as can the facebook groups, but you can also access via your browser on smartphone, tablet or PC.
Do I get a private call with each coach?
All questions and dicussions must be done within the private facebook groups. You can ask your questions and interact by posting videos or through writing and you will receive a personalised response from each coach. To make this package affordable for more players and to help players in different time zones, we could not include private calls. However private calls can be scheduled at an additional cost if needed.
What happens after I join?
After you join you will immediately receive a confirmation email which includes instructions on how to join each support group. Request to join each group and a member of our team will then manually check your membership status and approve your request as soon as possible! You can immediately start watching the video library content once joined.
Is this included in your training programme?
No, the Matchfit Squad is a seperate product to our training programme. You can join the Matchfit Squad whether you're following our programme or not.
