Physically I was quite small, and wasn’t very quick, powerful or strong.
Access to top coaching and football specific gym workouts, pitch running and psychology and nutrition. It isn’t just general guidance, very specific and all aspects have a direct relevance to match specific movements and events.
A lot quicker over both 5 and 30 yards, a lot more powerful and a lot stronger in both my upper and lower body.
If like me you’re at a professional club lower down the football pyramid like league 2 definitely invest as individual work can be the difference between being good at that level and being the best.
Mindset.
Really great experience based advice on a range of topics, but certainly on mindset.
Confidence to take more risks in games.

There is no single thing for me. Everything is the best for me, the programmes are top level and they are helping me a lot to be like my idol CR7. Forever matchfit student. Love to the matchfit family. Even in my dreams i am doing the programmes and this is true.
A lot. The programmes has helped me in a greater improvement in everything to be a complete player like ronaldo. And the improvement is getting better and better.
I would say just trust the process with your whole heart. And if you do you will be the next big thing. And to get the programmes as soon as possible and try to join the Matchfit Squad groups as well to be in touch with the matchfit coaches to be great.
Speed and proper gym training.
The scientific programming of each program and how it transfers onto pitch performance.
Much more confident in my fitness and all the guess work has been taken out.
I would recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their fitness and mindset.
Overtraining, wrong training plans, lack of self confidence, not enough knowledge about supplements.
A lot of useful informations, Being able to correct my training plan (long runs...), using the right supplements and timing my meals at the right time right size...motivation from using the tracking system.
More endurance, faster, greater ball control, confident, however there is still work to be done...
Definitely try to check everything and try to absorb everything that can help you to reach your full potential. I believe if I had this information at the age of 17 I'd definitely make better moves and therefore taken the chances I had.

Coronavirus
Proper training and advice on the physical and mental aspects of football.
Recovering much better, eating much better, and overall enjoying my football much more despite being held back by a pandemic.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend it for a player younger than 16, only because I personally believe a player is still enjoying his football and should love the game at that point. At 18 though the game becomes extremely cutthroat and you really need to take the extra care of your body and extra attention to your training.
The correct plan.
Easy to follow schedules and methodology behind it is clear.
Massive improvement in fitness and dynamism. Better recovery and improved energy levels for life in general.
Use it! No brainer. Take it from someone who played at a high standard years ago and the kids today can't even get through a set of ladders without falling over!
Mental barrier (Confidence, Negative thoughts after mistakes etc.) Nutrition - my knowledge wasn’t good enough.
I honestly like everything about being a Matchfit player.
Mentally I have become much stronger (especially my confidence level has risen to a higher level). My stamina has also improved a lot.
If you are serious about your football and feel like you lack knowledge of the mental and physical aspect I cannot recommend it enough.
Lack of pace and strength.
Gives a great insight into conditioning improvement and what it takes to improve.
More confidence, stronger and fitter.
Definitely do it and commit to it.
Speed, vision/positioning and tehnique.
Lots of information that is very helpful. It has made me tremendously better than what I was.
I have become faster, better technique and better nutrition.
It truly has transformed my training into a professional program. You will learn tremendously from people who have experience in all the parts of football.
I always struggled to stay in pretty shape and to be focused and avoid mistakes on the pitch. At almost the end of the pre-season programme I've achieved a good shape and improved my top speed and stamina, now I'm still working on my mindset while trying to improve my technique as well by a very good technique trainer. My dream is to lift a trophy with a semi-pro club. I'm "old" but I wanna do the same miracolous return James did!
To have a team of professional teachers of football optimized conditioning program, and to have my questions answered and getting motivated by videos and emails.
Now I'm fitter, faster, more capable of resist 90 minutes of full back runs, and I just have to improve my mind and feet while becoming stronger and more in condition day by day.
If I had Matchfit when I was young, maybe I could be a pro player now, or even win a trophy with a very important club.
Laziness.
Enhancing my knowledge as a future fitness professional. I am a current player but I live in the US where playing professional is next to impossible. Being able to emphasize my knowledge for future clientele is great.
As a GK, my speed off the line and anaerobic endurance has benefitted greatly.
Do it as early as possible. My life would be way different if I had found out about this prior to high school.
A proper day by day program, which I got now thanks to matchfit programme.
Information that many players don't even know about.
More strength and stamina and endurance and I started following the proper nutrition for footballers, and I don't waste my time doing workouts that don't help in football matches.
Best path to a professional club, just follow it day by day and you'll see the result.
I had just come back from a long term injury keeping me out for 2 years and needed to get back fitness and lose weight as I had already built muscle during my injury.
Getting access to specific drills for specific aspects of my game.
I have never felt fitter and managed to lose body fat as well as some weight through the different programmes.
Do it and make sure you follow it religiously to improve all aspects of the game.
