COVID19 4 Week Football Treadmill Programme
With the current corona virus situation effecting many footballers worldwide, players have been asking us if they only have access to a treadmill, what would be some good, soccer specific stamina workouts.
Whilst training on a treadmill should never be a "Plan A" for any footballer in terms of stamina training, we've provided you with a great option in this video to maintain your stamina at home, using a treadmill - and return to team training feeling as fit as your last session. Enjoy!
