Fitness VS Conditioning - What's The Difference?
Some great feedback from you guys the other day about your thoughts on this (on instagram), here's my opinion...
P.S how adaptable are you? Have a think about how your performances would be impacted if:
- The manager decided to play a "high press"
- You were asked to play out of position
- You had 3 matches in a week
- You were at a summer tournament playing in 30 degrees - The ground was dry and hard
- You're on trial being watched
- You're up against a player who's as strong as an ox
- You have to step up from 3 to 5 training per week Some things to think about!
