Some great feedback from you guys the other day about your thoughts on this (on instagram), here's my opinion...

P.S how adaptable are you? Have a think about how your performances would be impacted if:

  • The manager decided to play a "high press"
  • You were asked to play out of position
  • You had 3 matches in a week
  • You were at a summer tournament playing in 30 degrees - The ground was dry and hard
  • You're on trial being watched
  • You're up against a player who's as strong as an ox
  • You have to step up from 3 to 5 training per week Some things to think about!
