Fat Loss For Footballers (Don't Make THIS Mistake!)

P.S especially in youth football, a huge % of players are actually UNDER eating in relation to the demands being placed on their bodies... Before you even think about a fat loss strategy or wanting an 8 pack, take the time to track your calorie intake and energy output on an average day, you may be shocked at just how much MORE you should be eating...and if you're someone who consistently picks ups niggling injuries, then that could be the huge red flag as to why it's happening so frequently. Performance first, looks second.
